Bookkeeping & payroll · Massachusetts
We run the bookkeeping and weekly payroll for small businesses, and give you a client portal that shows what's done, what's due and what needs your approval.

Services
Done by a person who knows your business, with automation doing the repetitive parts.
Every transaction categorized, every account reconciled, books closed each month in QuickBooks Online.
Hours come in from your time clock, we check every exception, you approve, and it goes out on time.
The recurring work around the books, handled on a schedule so nothing slips.
How it works
Thirty minutes to understand your business, your accounts and what's taking your time.
A fixed monthly fee, in writing, with exactly what's included. No hourly surprises.
We connect to your QuickBooks, catch up past months if needed and set the routine.
You see what's due and what we need from you in one place, and approve with a click.
Client portal
The owner approves payroll and reads the monthly reports. The shop manager confirms hours from his phone. Your office uploads statements. Each person gets their own access, and you decide what they see.

Pricing
Every engagement starts with a proposal that lists exactly what's included.
Work outside the agreed scope is billed at $75/hour, only after you approve it.
Questions
No. We work in your QuickBooks Online and alongside your current payroll provider. The client portal sits on top so you have one place to see what matters.
Only the people you allow. Each person on your team gets their own login and sees only the sections you turn on for them. A shop manager can confirm hours without ever seeing the bank balance.
The portal uses encrypted connections, one-time email codes instead of passwords, and bank account numbers are always masked. We never move money without your recorded approval.
Most businesses are up and running within two weeks. Catch-up work for past months is quoted separately in the proposal.
Tell us about your business and what's taking your time. We'll reply within one business day to set up a short call.
